About Nutrifit Elite

Bonnie Lynne, the owner of Nutrifit Elite, has been involved in fitness for most of her life. At age 13 she had a workout bench and dumbbells in her room, and was going to the gym with her dad on weekends. At 16 she was training in her high school gym in Miami in the evenings. This love for the Iron Room has accompanied her all her life. But a sabbatical from working out, and years of poor eating habits in her 30s, landed her at 260lbs.

Standing 5’3″, 260lbs was a very unhealthy bodyweight. But when you are loved accepted by your family at your weight, it can be hard to get back to healthy habits. Bonnie stayed at an unhealthy weight for the better part of 10 years, until one day she saw pictures of herself at a family function and decided she did not want to be “that fat mom anymore”.

She rekindled her love for the Iron Room and quickly dropped over 100lbs. All she learned about conditioning while working out with her high school’s football team paid off when it came time to get rid of her “extra baggage”.

Today Bonnie is a Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping her clients reach their maximum potential.

Bonnie is a vegan. However, she understands it is a personal choice and she has no problem working with clients who are meat eaters. She is very comfortable with preparing meal plans that include meat. Bonnie is also very familiar with Kosher laws and is very comfortable designing Kosher meal plans.
