Q: Do you train men or women?
Both. Bonnie trains both men and women.
Do you provide custom weight loss programs?
Having lost over a 100lbs herself (and kept it off for more than 8 years), Bonnie is an expert at weight loss and can help you achieve your goals through nutrition and/or workouts.
Do you train women over 50?
Yes. As a manner of fact Bonnie has a program called “Fit Over 50”, a program dedicated to men and women over 50.
Is personal training expensive?
No. Our personal training services are tailored to your needs and your budget. We have a solution for most.
Where do you do your personal training?
Bonnie trains her clients at their home or in the fitness center of their HOA.
Do I need a lot of equipment if we train at my house?
No. You may need/want to purchase additional equipment, but a couple of pairs of dumbbells are all that is needed. Bonnie always carries dumbbells and resistance bands with her, so there is never a shortage of available equipment for a creative workout.
